 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 - Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our design and development services.
 
 
 - Identify client needs and present tailored solutions based on our offerings.
 
 
 - Qualify leads and schedule appointments for senior sales or technical teams.
 
 
 - Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of communications in CRM.
 
 
 - Meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets for outreach, meetings booked, and sales closed.
 
 
 - Collaborate with the marketing and project teams to ensure alignment of messaging and offerings.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 
 - Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound sales or cold calling roles.
 
 
 - Proven track record in selling digital services, preferably in design and development.
 
 
 - Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English (verbal and written).
 
 
 - Comfortable with CRMs, cold outreach tools, and remote collaboration platforms.
 
 
 - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
 
 
 - Understanding of design and development processes (web/app/branding).
