We are seeking Medical Writer / Operations Executive to join with our Organization.The job will require to:<ul><li>Create various medical content.</li><li>Interpret complex clinical and scientific data into clear, concise, and accurate content tailored for various audiences.</li><li>Work closely with the graphic designers to ensure quality visual pictures for the medical content available.</li><li>Carry out a thorough literature review from credible sources to back the medical content on our platform.</li><li>Coordinate with all stakeholders and manage assigned work and ensure delivery timelines are met.</li><li>Manage day-to-day deliverable lifecycle; getting content written, edited, and proofread.</li><li>Review the files for the CME programs to ensure a branding/promotion-free content.</li><li>Ensure the availability of all the necessary documents for the various CME programs prior to their submission.</li><li>Ensure the programs submitted meet the requirements of the required governing authority.</li><li>Ensure timely submission of the CME programs and follow-up on their accreditation status with relevant authorities.</li><li>Provide report of the accreditation status to the management on weekly basis.</li><li>Overlook the workings of the CME department.</li><li>Coordination with sales team and various operations resources to ensure smooth delivery of work</li><li>Vendor Management and quotation procurement skills</li><li>Support administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining documentation systems.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Medical Writing and Operations: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li><li>Arabic (Preferred)</li></ul>
