Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and organized Operations Team Lead to manage the day-to-day operations of medical conferences, exhibitions, and events across the GCC region. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in vendor management, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. This role requires a hands-on professional who ensures smooth, efficient, and on-time event delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership &amp; Coordination:<ul><li>Lead and supervise the operations team, assigning tasks and ensuring accountability.</li><li>Oversee event logistics from planning to on-site execution and post-event wrap-up.</li><li>Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of all operational components.</li></ul>Vendor &amp; Supplier Management:<ul><li>Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers for event production, logistics, and technical services.</li><li>Negotiate contracts and maintain strong vendor relationships.</li><li>Ensure vendors comply with company standards and healthcare industry regulations.</li></ul>Operational Planning &amp; Delivery:<ul><li>Develop operational plans, budgets, and timelines for each event.</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments to align logistics, production, and client requirements.</li><li>Identify potential risks or bottlenecks and implement proactive solutions.</li></ul>Travel &amp; On-Site Supervision:<ul><li>Travel within the GCC region for event setup, vendor coordination, and on-site management.</li><li>Represent the company professionally during events and with clients.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 3&ndash;5 years of experience in operations or event management &mdash; medical or pharmaceutical event experience preferred.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.</li><li>Willingness to travel frequently within the GCC region.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Knowledge of compliance standards for medical and pharmaceutical events.</li><li>Experience managing relationships with healthcare professionals or medical associations.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.</li><li>Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Operations Team Lead: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Arabic (Required)</li><li>English (Required)</li></ul>
