 Assist in preparing and analyzing demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, and promotional plans.
 </li>

 Update and maintain demand planning reports and dashboards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor product performance and inventory levels to identify potential risks or shortages.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to gather necessary data for forecasting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support in reviewing and adjusting forecasts based on actual sales and business inputs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in monthly demand review meetings and help in preparing relevant presentations and materials.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify areas for process improvement and support continuous improvement initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in ad-hoc analysis and projects assigned by the Demand Planning team
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in any related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous experience in a relevant field from 3 to 5 years
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI or other analytics tools is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Eagerness to learn about demand planning and supply chain processes
