KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

IT and Mechatronics Instructors at Lincoln College International play a crucial role in the growth and development of our students. You will:
<ul><li>
Deliver curriculum in person to students, with approximately 24 contact hours per week</li><li>
Design curriculum for hands-on classes (Mechatronics, Engineering, Robotics, or Digital Technology)</li><li>
Develop lesson plans and learning materials</li><li>
Establish clear objectives for all lessons, curricular units, and projects, and communicate these objectives to the students</li><li>
Assess student progress and achievement in a variety of ways on a regular basis, providing reports as required</li><li>
Facilitate learning on mechatronics, robotics, and digital transformation technologies.</li><li>
Conduct practical demonstrations on PLCs, systems engineering, and electronic sub-assemblies.</li><li>
Guide learners through troubleshooting automated production lines.</li><li>
Develop and update curriculum to include the latest advancements in Industry 4.0.</li><li>
Assess student work, including practical projects and theoretical understanding</li></ul>

EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE

To be considered for this role, you MUST possess the following qualifications and attributes:

Master&rsquo;s or bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
</li><li>Teaching qualification to level 4 (working towards level 5 within 2 years)</li><li>
Have a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience at the post-secondary level</li><li>
Experience in working within 3rd Millennium learning environments and with digital devices and peripherals, particularly CAM-controlled engineering machinery, including 3D printers</li><li>
