 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 
 
 :
 
 
 As an English Language Teacher at Lincoln College International, you will play a crucial role in the growth and development of our students. Your primary responsibilities will include:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 To plan, prepare &amp; deliver courses, schemes of work, and individual lessons, appropriate to the needs, interests, experience, and existing knowledge of students
 </li>
 <li>
 To assist in the development of appropriate syllabuses, resources, schemes of work, marking policies, and teaching strategies in the Department
 </li>
 <li>
 To contribute to the Department&rsquo;s improvement plan and its implementation
 </li>
 <li>
 To contribute to the whole college&rsquo;s planning activities
 </li>
 <li>
 To contribute to the Department process of self-review, evaluation, and improvement planning activities
 </li>
 <li>
 To undertake formative &amp; summative assessments to ensure progress, and implement interventions where required
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE
 
 
 :
 
 
 To be considered for this role, you
 
 
 MUST
 
 
 possess the following qualifications and attributes:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Master's or Bachelor's degree in English, Engineering, or Education.
 </li>
 <li>
 TEFL Level 4 certification.
 </li>
 <li>
 Teaching qualification to level 4 (working towards level 5 within 2 years).
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, with 3 years in TESL in the post-secondary sector.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in delivering technical English in the context of engineering and manufacturing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Using digital technologies to ensure a 3rd millennium learning environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven expertise in applying experiential learning practices effectively.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong ability in formative assessment to inform learner progress and attainment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in collaboratively designing and delivering an integrated curriculum.
 </li>

 Competitive Salary Package

 Gross salary of SAR 18,500 pm (including housing and other allowances)

 30 days annual leave + KSA national holidays
