</div><div><ul><li>Monitor daily production processes and conduct analyses to improve efficiency</li>
<li>Ensure effective operation of machinery and equipment on the production line; report malfunctions to relevant departments</li>
<li>Develop and implement continuous improvement (Kaizen) projects</li>
<li>Ensure production is carried out in accordance with occupational safety and quality standards</li>
<li>Organize workforce and resources according to the production planTrack and report production data using systems such as SAP or ERP</li>
<li>Prepare production infrastructure for new product launch processes</li>
<li>Interpret technical drawings and documents to contribute to production processes</li>
<li>Take an active role in internal and external audits related to production</li>
<li>Collaborate effectively with engineering and maintenance teams, demonstrating strong teamwork skills</li>

</div><div><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related engineering fields</li>
<li>Minimum 3 year of experience in production processes (preferably in automotive, white goods, or metal industries)</li>
<li>Proficient in lean manufacturing techniques such as Kaizen, 5S, TPM</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings</li>
<li>Proficient in MS Office and preferably SAP/ERP systems</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset</li>
<li>Sufficient foreign language skills to understand technical documents in English</li>
<li>Open to continuous improvement with an innovative perspective</li></ul></div></div></div><br>

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Controls Engineer with a background in electrical engineering. The controls hardware designer will report to the hardware design supervisor and will be responsible for designing electrical control systems for industrial automation equipment. The controls hardware designer will work directly with project engineers, team managers and purchasing personnel.</div></div></div><div><div><div>
Job Duties and Responsibilities</div>
</div><div><ul><li>Design new equipment electrical control systems based on industry standards and principles.</li>
<li>Follow customer and other applicable standards and incorporate them into system designs.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain project timelines and critical path milestones.</li>
<li>Work with the engineering team to ensure hardware designs are completed within budget.</li>
<li>Maintain task lists and reports of open items.</li>
<li>Maintain project design documentation and prepare customer deliverables.</li>
<li>Ensure the controls engineering process is tracked and followed throughout the project.</li>
<li>Responsible for managing the drawing library.</li>
<li>Create bill of materials, generate purchase requisitions and other reports as required.</li>
<li>Participate in internal and external design reviews of deliverables.</li>
<li>Work directly with project engineers, team managers and purchasing personnel.</li>
</ul></div></div><div><div><div>Education and Experience</div>
</div><div><ul><li>Electrical Engineering degree preferred; Mechatronics degrees will also be considered.</li>
<li>Minimum of five years of experience as a Controls Engineer.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of industry standards, including NEC/NFPA, OSHA, and ANSI.</li>
<li>Experience with electrical CAD systems, such as AutoCAD Electrical and/or ePLAN.</li>
<li>Experience in system design with Rockwell Logix 5000 family processors.</li>
<li>Experience in system design with Siemens S7-1500 family processors.</li>
<li>Excellent time management skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft applications, such as Word and Excel.</li>
