Coach people in lean methodology and CI mindset utilizing kaizen, lean training and exercises/demonstrations.
</li><li>Lead and influence others through improvement activities/events with a project team or by themselves, executing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.</li><li>
Effectively manages organizational change of process improvements and is a passionate advocate for implementing CI methodologies</li><li>
Facilitates CI workshops including preparing agendas, group activities, documents and training content</li><li>
Provide assistance to production personnel in implementing improvement ideas and other resources they may need</li><li>
Responsible for the identification, development and implementation of process improvements and best practices focused on improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery and Productivity (Labor and Material).</li><li>
Process mapping, value stream mapping, and identifying inefficiencies in business and manufacturing processes.
</li><li>Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems.</li><li>
Facilitate financial justification for new projects.</li><li>
Ensures follow-up on improvement events are completed and realized gains are maintained. This includes scheduling and facilitating on-going status reviews with all vested parties.</li><li>

Continuous Improvement Engineer

</div><div>The Sr. Financial Analyst reports to Controller and works closely with the VFO and other members of the senior leadership team to manage the functions of financial planning, forecasting, standard costs, and ERP system optimization. Involved in analysis of daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analysis, including profitability analysis and expense analysis. Leads cross-functional reviews of business segments that drive action. Develop strategies to advance the goals of the department and company.</div><div><br>
</div><div>The Sr. Financial Analyst should be forward-looking, driving improvements and profitability, not just reporting on past performance. This is a highly visible and critical role that will work closely with all areas of the business including operations, sourcing, supply chain management, and sales.</div><div></div><div><b><br>

</b></div><ul><li> Manage annual profit plan (budget) across the enterprise</li></ul><ul><li>
Work with various departments to compile sales, production, SG&amp;A, and other budgets.</li><li>
Assist Controller in creation of new budget departments, divisions, segments.</li><li> Compile monthly business segment P&amp;L statements and other reporting.</li></ul><ul><li>
Lead monthly segment reviews with cross-function teams.</li><li>
Drive productivity and identify opportunities to improve profitability within segments.</li><li> Financial Analysis</li></ul><ul><li>
Primary accounting staff person to provide or supervise the completion of financial analysis for various internal stakeholders</li><li>
Evaluation of weekly reporting distributed by other cross-function team members related to sales, gross margin, department breakdowns, and all other P/L rated items.</li><li> Owner of standard costs across all enterprise locations</li><li>
Work with Systems Analyst and site leadership in the maintenance and improvement of standard costing systems and primary liaison with internal stakeholders in dissemination of standing costing information</li></ul><ul><li> Develop and maintain costing/quoting tools for all locations and support various sales functions in quote development and review.</li><li> Primary contact for financial requests and support for Operations.</li><li> Helps enforce and reinforce company policies and practices.
