<li><b>Facilitate and Deliver Curriculum</b>: Effectively teach the Lincoln Tech accredited course curriculum, ensuring a thorough understanding of electrical systems.</li>
<li><b>Teach Safety and Compliance</b>: Instill the importance of safety procedures and industry regulations, preparing students for real-world applications.</li>
<li><b>Support and Motivate Student Growth</b>: Encourage professionalism, accountability, and continuous development to foster student success.</li>
<li><b>Evaluate and Communicate Progress</b>: Regularly assess and communicate student performance, offering feedback to guide improvement.</li>

</li></ul><p><b>Key Requirements for Electrical Instructors Instructors</b></p>
<ul>
<li>3+ years' experience in the Residential, Commercial, or Industrial Electric industry
</li><li>Experience in installation and service of electrical equipment</li>
<li>Understanding of single and 3 phase systems</li>
<li>Knowledge of Codes</li>
<li>Motor controls, lighting controls or solar a plus</li>
<li>High school diploma/GED</li>
<li>Teaching experience a plus</li>
</ul>
