The ideal candidate should have hands-on HR experience in the UAE and strong knowledge of the UAE Labour Law, including recent amendments.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct training sessions (online or onsite) on Human Resource Management principles and UAE Labour Law.</li><li>Customize course material based on student/professional needs.</li><li>Deliver interactive sessions including real-life case studies, legal updates, and Q&amp;A.</li><li>Stay updated with UAE employment regulations and best HR practices.</li><li>Offer guidance on compliance and legal frameworks relevant to UAE labor practices.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or Law (Master&rsquo;s preferred).</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of UAE-based HR/Labour Law experience.</li><li>Previous training or teaching experience is highly desirable.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to take sessions during evenings or weekends as needed.</li></ul>Job Type: Part-time
