We are one of the fastest-growing names in billboard advertising across the South-Central U.S. As a Billboard Installer, you&rsquo;ll travel the region, climb structures up to 125 feet tall, and help shape the visual landscape of America's roadways.
Essential Functions:<ul><li>
 Climb fixed, portable, and extension ladders&mdash;up to 125 feet&mdash;multiple times daily.</li><li>
Work from elevated platforms for up to 70% of your day&mdash;while always staying safe.</li><li>
Install and maintain billboard signs, including posters and bulletins.</li><li>
Lift and carry up to 100 lbs. using safe lifting techniques.</li><li>
Operate and learn to use tools like welders, oxygen/acetylene torches, chainsaws, compressors, and more.</li><li>
Travel extensively across New Mexico (hotels and $35/day per diem paid!).</li><li>
Work outdoors in all weather conditions.</li><li>
Follow safety protocols without exception&mdash;your life depends on it!</li><li>
Weekly Schedules may require long days (sunup to sundown). When Schedule is completed, the workweek could end.</li></ul>
 Schedule and Pay:<ul><li>
 Monday through Friday schedule (with occasional weekend work).</li><li>
$18.50/hour during training.</li><li>
After training: $7.25/hour base + Piece Rate pay + bonus contests for extra earnings!</li><li>
Weekly pay, hotel covered during travel, and daily per diem of $35.</li><li>
Medical Insurance and Paid Time Off after 60 days.</li></ul>
Requirements:

Required Education and Experience:<ul><li>
High School Diploma or GED.</li><li>
Light construction or similar hands-on experience preferred.</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license and clean background.</li><li>
Ability to pass a drug test.</li><li>
Physical strength, stamina, and comfort working at extreme heights.</li><li>
Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).</li><li>
Excellent communication and time-management skills.</li></ul></div>
