Position Summary
We&rsquo;re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our dynamic Human Resources team. In this role, you&rsquo;ll be the go-to person for HR operations, helping with everything from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and compliance. You&rsquo;ll play a key part in creating a positive, people-first workplace. 
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Recruitment Support: Post jobs, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and communicate with applicants.</li><li>
Onboarding &amp; Offboarding: Lead new hire orientation, manage documentation, and support smooth transitions.</li><li>
HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records in our HRIS (SuccessFactors a plus), assist with data entry and reporting.</li><li>
Benefits Coordination: Help employees navigate benefits enrollment and liaise with providers.</li><li>
Employee Relations: Be a friendly first point of contact for HR-related questions and concerns.</li><li>
Compliance &amp; Documentation: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and company policies; assist with audits and reporting.</li><li>
HR Projects &amp; Events: Support wellness programs, employee engagement initiatives, and HR communications.</li><li>
General Support: Provide administrative assistance to the HR team&mdash;scheduling, document prep, and more.</li></ul> 
Qualifications 
Education:<ul><li>
High School Diploma or GED required</li><li>
Associate degree or bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred</li></ul> 
Experience:<ul><li>
1&ndash;3 years of experience in an HR support or administrative role; experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus.</li><li>
Previous experience in manufacturing or related industry is a plus.</li></ul> 
Skills:<ul><li>
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems</li><li>
Discretion with confidential information</li><li>
Familiarity with employment laws (FMLA, ADA, FLSA)</li><li>
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus</li></ul> 
Working Conditions:<ul><li>
Onsite role at the Lindsay, NE facility, Monday through Friday.</li><li>
Office environment with occasional visits to the production floor.</li><li>
Occasional travel to recruitment events or corporate meetings may be required.</li></ul>
