Other duties may be assigned.For projects assigned as the lead designer:<ul><li>Develop each assigned client&rsquo;s project design vision</li><li>Engage with clients throughout the entire project about all design related items</li><li>Use creative forward thinking and drive the design team to new concepts and styles</li><li>Develop design boards, inspiration books, specification books, and furniture decks</li><li>Conduct finish and furniture presentations to clients alongside Lindye Galloway</li><li>Participate in job site meetings with client and build team</li><li>Make or approve finish and furniture selections for projects</li><li>Participate in each project installation</li><li>Prepare for weekly meetings with design team to discuss schedule and weekly priorities</li><li>Update client weekly via email</li><li>Cultivate professional relationship with industry partners</li><li>Manage client experience from onboarding through installation completion</li><li>Manage and direct any assistants as needed.</li></ul>For projects working under interior designer:<ul><li>Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and architectural detailing. Take lead on certain rooms.</li><li>Develop design boards, inspiration books, specification books, and furniture decks.
