Lineage

<div><div><p>M-F Days</p>
Install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, physical structures, plumbing, and electrical systems while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures. As an entry level position, training will be provided to acquire the skills necessary to grow within the maintenance team.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</b></h3><ul><li>
Perform basic preventative maintenance tasks and minor repairs on all mechanical assets impacting the operation of the facility, physical structure, and exterior grounds under the instruction and close supervision of leadership</li><li>
At automated sites, perform basic preventative maintenance tasks on proximity switches, photoelectric sensors, pressure switches, push buttons and the associated testing equipment under the instruction and close supervision of leadership</li><li>
Perform basic inspections of refrigeration system under the instruction and close supervision of leadership.</li></ul><ul><li>
Perform basic preventative maintenance tasks on material handling equipment per manufacturer and company guidelines to ensure continual and safe operation under the instruction and close supervision of leadership</li><li>
Other tasks as assigned</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</b></h3><ul><li>
Operate power tools, cutting torch and other welding apparatus to cut or join metal parts</li><li>
Utilize onsite motorized lift and rental equipment as needed while operating, inspecting, calibrating, and maintaining equipment</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)</b></h3><ul><li>
Completion of trade school courses or minimal experience in one or more of the following areas preferred: building maintenance, material handling equipment maintenance or refrigeration maintenance (ammonia, Freon and/or CO2)</li><li>
Capable of completing routine preventative maintenance with instructions and supervision</li><li>
Fully proficient with, and capable of operating power and hand tools</li><li>
Basic computer skills</li><li>
Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of the facility</li><li>
Possess problem-solving skills and attention to detail</li><li>
Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload with demonstrated organizational skills.</li><li>
Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear</li><li>
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs./23 kgs.; weight may be more dependent upon facility</li><li>
Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed</li><li>
Some locations require being comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud</li><li>
Some locations require demonstrated knowledge and practice of Working at Height</li></ul>
Pay Range:$19.90 - $33.61<p>

Maintenance Technician (Days)

<div><div>Compile and maintain records of physical and virtual product inventories via daily activities of cycle counting, claims management and accounts administration within the facility. Manage data concerned with ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping products for/from the facility. Order shipping materials supplies and equipment to maintain inventory throughout the facility.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</b></h3><ul><li>
Keep inventory, purchasing, shipping and other records</li><li>
Put together data from purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and accounting reports</li><li>
Determine stock supply and need for replenishment</li><li>
Look into damages, inventory adjustments, and shrink issues</li><li>
Find product to ensure correct product ID, conduct cycle counts regularly and assist in physical inventories</li><li>
Look at stock numbers, pallet IDs, authorized substitutes, and other listed information with catalogs, manuals, product lists, and similar references to verify accuracy of shipping order</li><li>
Review files to find unused items and recommend disposal of excess or damaged products</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

Operate warehouse material handling equipment to move product while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

Ability to understand instructions in Country's official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics</li></ul><ul><li>
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail</li><li>
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>
Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear</li><li>
Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.; weight may be more dependent upon facility</li><li>

Inventory Control Technician

<div><div>Use stand-up reach forklift to move products, equipment, and materials while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
</b></h3><ul><li>Put away palletized units by lifting forks for placement into racks above floor height</li><li>
Pick palletized units out of rack locations above floor height and set up for outbound shipment</li><li>
Choose and record materials, weight, counts, and condition of food items via Radio Frequency (RF) system</li><li>
Load and unload materials on and off pallets, skids, or lifting device</li><li>
Complete daily forklift maintenance/check sheet</li><li>
Monitor battery charge, maintain, and clean batteries, and leave material handling equipment at the proper charging station</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
