About the Role:Were looking for a creative and detail-driven Motion Graphics Designer to bring our brand stories to life through Illustrations, dynamic visuals, animations, and multimedia assets. You&rsquo;ll work across QAble and BetterBugs to elevate our brand visual identity, create engaging product explainers, social media reels, and micro-interactions that leave a lasting impact.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Own and evolve the visual language for both QAble and BetterBugs across digital platforms.</li><li>Conceptualize and design motion graphics, explainer videos, UI animations, reels, and promotional videos.</li><li>Collaborate with Marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure visual consistency across campaigns and interfaces.</li><li>Translate complex QA and developer workflows into clear, concise, and visually engaging Illustrations &amp; videos.</li><li>Create assets and templates that can scale across use cases.</li><li>Maintain brand guidelines and push visual innovation while staying consistent.</li></ul>Must-Have Skills:<ul><li>Strong grasp of Brand Visual Identity: Typography, color theory, layout, and visual storytelling.</li><li>Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite:</li><li>Illustrator &ndash; Vector assets &amp; illustrations</li><li>After Effects &ndash; Animation &amp; motion graphics</li><li>Premiere Pro &ndash; Video editing &amp; audio syncing</li><li>Proficiency with Figma (for UI references and component flows).</li><li>Comfortable collaborating on Miro for storyboarding and feedback sessions.</li><li>Ability to adapt to multiple brand tones (QAble: enterprise-grade; BetterBugs: dev-friendly, fast-paced).</li></ul>Nice to Have:<ul><li>Understanding of photography (composition, lighting) and cinematography (camera angles, movement, shot framing).</li><li>Experience with voice-over and sound editing.</li><li>Familiarity with tech tools like Loom, OBS, or screen capture software for Interviews/podcasts/tutorials.</li><li>A portfolio that includes SaaS product explainers, micro-interaction animations, or developer-oriented content.</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Get:<ul><li>Opportunity to work across two high-growth tech brands with different creative styles.</li><li>A team that encourages bold ideas, experimentation, and quality execution.</li><li>Ownership of creative projects from start to finish.</li><li>A front-row seat to how great QA and Dev tools are built and marketed.</li></ul>Application Instructions:Send us:Your portfolio showcases illustrations, motion graphics &amp; animations.<ul><li>(Optional but encouraged): 1-2 ideas you&rsquo;d pitch to visually represent Bug reporting using BetterBugs.io</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;45,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Motera, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>IT: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Motera, Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
