I.<b> Responsibilities</b></div><ul><li>Monthly general ledger schedules including other receivables, other liabilities, other assets</li><li>Monthly intercompany process</li><li>Monthly fixed assets process and schedule</li><li>Monthly right of use asset process and schedule</li><li>Prepare quarterly month end PDF package</li><li>Prepare quarterly consolidation file</li><li>Prepare monthly UK management accounts</li><li>Book cash related items for management fees</li><li>Book ad hoc bank transactions</li><li>Book journals when required</li><li>Book and prepare quarterly accruals for US, UK, Lux</li><li>Assist with US and UK audit requests</li><li>Assist with ad hoc project work</li></ul><div></div><div><br>
II. <b>Required Background, Qualifications and Experience</b></div><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree.</li><li>3+ Years of Accounting/Audit Experience</li><li>Strong Excel skills (vlookup, sumif, pivot tables)</li><li>Strong communicator (strong English is a must)</li><li>Organized and able to juggle workstreams and meet deadlines</li><li>Collaborative mindset</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div></div><div></div>
