Responsibilities:<ul><li>Take care of all internal recruitments with defined TAT and budget</li><li>Issuing letter like Appointment Letter, Warning Letter, offer letter, etc.</li><li>Preparation of JD of new positions.</li><li>Job posting on various job portals.</li><li>Scheduling job interviews &amp; assisting in interview process.</li><li>Ensuring background and reference checks are completed.</li><li>Preparing new employee files.</li><li>Maintaining and updating current HR policies and database</li><li>Take care of monthly attendance and Payroll</li><li>Updating employee database</li><li>Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews and disciplinary actions.</li><li>Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected &amp; maintained.</li><li>Monthly Payroll preparation</li><li>Responsible to drive PMS in the organization</li><li>Completing exit formalities and doing full and final settlement</li><li>Supervise the house keeping staff</li><li>Ensure all fire fighting related to admin department addressed on time</li></ul>Requisite Skills:<ul><li>Must have knowledge of PMS, Payroll processing</li><li>Should have handled HR operations of 50 to 100 employees</li><li>Should have knowledge experience in policies formation and implementation</li><li>Must be aware of Statutory compliances</li><li>Should have excellent communication</li><li>Should be good in MS office application (Word, Excel, Power Point)</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;40,000.00 - &#8377;55,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
