The Opportunity:
<p><b>
In this role you will:
</b></p><ul><li>Build project schedules encompassing full project scope, milestones and timelines, using critical plan methodology
</li><li>Ensure clear responsibility and ownership for all project outcomes is defined via Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) methodology
</li><li>Ensure schedule adheres to the project execution plan and in particular contracting, procurement and project control strategy documents and plans
</li><li>Ensure there is a clear method in place for baselining of schedules and manage periodic updates
</li><li>Manage the fully integrated project schedule and structure it to allow review at a range of levels and details
</li><li>Negotiate and mediate timelines and project interdependencies between key partners for a great client outcome
</li><li>Provide regular updates on schedule progress
</li><li>Review external schedules to ensure that they are compiled using scheduling best practices
</li></ul><p><b>We would love to hear from you if you:
</b></p><ul><li>Have grown your planning and scheduling skills on complex construction projects, ideally with experience in the date centre sector</li><li>
Have demonstrated quantitative risk assessment (QRA) experience, and expertly interpret and communicate findings to key partners
</li><li>Have working experience using Primavera P6 planning software to build your schedule
</li><li>Have a degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction
</li><li>Are detail oriented and quality focused
</li><li>Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines</li></ul><div>

Senior Planner / Scheduler (High Tech Construction)

The Opportunity:
<p><b>
In this role you will:</b></p><ul><li>
Be responsible for working closely with the project controls / project management / cost management teams to design, develop and maintain reports and dashboards, in Tableau and Power Bi</li><li>
Make data more accessible, understandable, and usable using data visualization tools</li><li>
Identify complex areas and processes within the business and produce visualizations that drive meaningful insights and provide actionable intelligence to our clients</li><li>
Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and both communicate and track progress of these tasks to internal and external stakeholders on a regular cadence</li><li>
Collect and interpret data, analysing results &amp; creating automated reports for internal teams and/or external clients</li><li>
Work alongside teams within the business or the management team to establish business needs</li><li>
Define new data collection and analysis processes</li><li>
Generate business requirement documentation for any initiatives requiring Cross-Functional Team involvement.</li><li>
Bring best practices to the Linesight team, in Data Management and Visualization of the same</li><li>
Support initiatives for data integrity and normalization.</li><li>
Generate reports from single or multiple systems.</li><li>
Train end users on new reports and dashboards.</li><li>
Provide technical expertise on data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing.</li><li>
Evaluate our current data management processes and identify opportunities for ongoing improvements</li><li>
Update key partners with weekly, fortnightly, monthly, etc executive and project status reports, project schedule updates, and project risks</li></ul><p><b>
We would love to hear from you if you:</b></p><ul><li>
Enjoy understanding trends and seeking anomalies in data</li><li>
Have a BSc or equivalent experience. MSc preferred</li><li>
Have experience dealing with Big Data</li><li>
Have experience with data visualization software (Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio as well as other programs such as SQL, C programming, Data Studio, etc.) as well as advanced Excel skills</li><li>
Have relevant certifications from Microsoft / Google on data management and coding</li><li>
Have strong database manipulation and mining skills</li><li>
Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing</li><li>
Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines</li><li>
