We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with strong billing experience and site measurement capabilities. The ideal candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD, capable of preparing BOQs from drawings, and submitting bills with proper documentation and checklists.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct accurate site measurements for billing and verification purposesPrepare and submit bills with detailed checklists for client approvalExtract BOQ (Bill of Quantities) from architectural and structural drawingsUse AutoCAD to interpret and validate drawings for quantity take-offsCodinate with site engineers and project managers to ensure timely billingMaintain records of measurements, billing status, and project progressAssist in cost estimation, variation analysis, and payment certificationRequired Skills &amp; QualificationsDiploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity SurveyingMinimum 2 years of experience in billing and site measurementProficiency in AutoCAD and MS ExcelStrong understanding of construction drawings and BOQ preparationExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesPreferredExperience in residential/commercial construction projectsFamiliarity with RA bills and client billing formatsKnowledge of contract terms and project documentationJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
