Position Summary:</b><br>
Link Associates is seeking a detail-oriented and service-focused HR &amp; Training professional to support the agency&rsquo;s Human Resources and Training functions. This position plays an essential role in supporting staff, supervisors, and leadership by assisting with applicant interviewing, employee onboarding, training coordination, compliance, and HR operations. The position level (Assistant or Specialist) will be determined based on the selected candidate&rsquo;s education, experience, and demonstrated competencies.<br>

This role requires professionalism, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in compliance with agency policies, regulatory requirements, and HIPAA.<br>

Essential Job Functions:</b><br>

</div><div><b>
Human Resources Support:</b></div><ul><li>
Maintain accurate employee files and HR records in accordance with agency and regulatory requirements.</li><li>
Support recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, interviewing and hiring documentation.</li><li>
Run background abuse, criminal and background checks.</li><li>
Assist with internal transfers, status changes, and employee communications.</li><li>
Assist with employee onboarding, orientation, and personnel documentation.</li><li>
Respond to routine HR-related questions and direct staff to appropriate resources.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Training Support:</b></div><ul><li>
Support facilitation of onboarding, recertifications, and compliance-based trainings.</li><li>
Maintain training records and generate reports for audits, licensing, and compliance purposes.</li><li>
Communicate training requirements and deadlines to employees, supervisors, administrators and directors.</li><li>
Lead onboarding and training sessions independently.</li><li>
Serve as a point of contact for supervisors related to HR and Training topics.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
Associate's or Bachelor's degree desired and prior experience in HR and/or Training preferred.</li><li>
Must meet agency policy on transportation and background checks.</li><li>
Possess ability to work on a daily basis utilizing standard office equipment.</li><li>
Proven proficient ability to implement agency rules and procedures, use verbal, presentation, and written communication skills, human relation skills, team working skills, and organizational skills.</li><li>
Position will contain medium physical work consisting of occasional 2-handlifting from floor to waist of up to fifty (50) pounds and occasional 2-hand push/pull of up to sixty (60) pounds of force. This position consists of frequent standing, walking and reaching. The position requires frequent forward bending or crouching or stooping. The employee will need to occasionally climb stairs without the use of railings and occasionally sit.</li></ul><div></div><div><br>
