 We are looking for an experienced
 
 Microsoft 365 Migration &amp; Support Consultant
 
 to lead a full tenant-to-tenant migration and provide post-migration support for a Microsoft 365 Business Premium environment.
 
 
 This engagement involves migrating a small organization (6&ndash;12 users) from a GoDaddy-managed Microsoft 365 tenant to a new Microsoft 365 Business Premium tenant, including the transfer of up to 1 TB of data per user (Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint).
 
 
 The consultant will manage the full lifecycle: migration, security configuration, device enrollment, hypercare support, and long-term stabilization.
 
 
 📌 Engagement Structure

 12 months

 Phase 1 (First 3 Months):
 
 Migration + On-site stabilization support (8&times;5 business hours)
 </li>

 Phase 2 (Remaining Period):
 
 Remote support under agreed SLA (on-demand model)
 </li>

 Environment is fully cloud-based (no on-premises or hybrid integrations).
 
 
 🎯 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 1️⃣ Tenant &amp; Identity Migration
 
 <ul>

 Migrate from GoDaddy-managed Microsoft 365 to new Business Premium tenant
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform mailbox, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive migrations
 </li>
 <li>
 Configure custom domain &amp; DNS
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure secure identity migration via Azure AD / Entra ID
 </li>
 <li>
 Validate full data integrity post-migration
 </li>
 </ul>

 Fully configured and operational Microsoft 365 Business Premium tenant
 </li>

 Successful migration of all user data (mailboxes, files, Teams data)
 </li>

 Domain verification and tested mail flow

 2️⃣ Security Configuration &amp; Compliance

 Implement Microsoft 365 security baseline
 </li>

 Configure Conditional Access &amp; MFA
 </li>

 Deploy Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
 </li>
 <li>
 Configure Exchange Online protection &amp; compliance policies
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement Intune MDM/MAM controls
 </li>

 Manage mobile device enrollment (iOS / Android)
 </li>
 <li>
 Troubleshoot connectivity &amp; configuration issues

 4️⃣ Post Go-Live Support (Hypercare &amp; Transition)

 Provide 3 months of on-site first-line support
 </li>
 <li>
 Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Teams, Exchange, device issues
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct user training (English &amp; Arabic)
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement ticketing and issue tracking
 </li>
 <li>
 Handover to long-term support model
 </li>

 ✅ Required Qualifications
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
 </li>
 <li>
 5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration &amp; migration
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in tenant-to-tenant migrations (including GoDaddy-managed tenants preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong expertise in:

 Exchange Online
 </li>

 SharePoint Online
 </li>
 <li>
 OneDrive
 </li>
 <li>
 Microsoft Teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Azure AD (Entra ID)
 </li>

 <li>
 Experience with migration tools (Microsoft native tools or third-party)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong troubleshooting &amp; helpdesk background (L1/L2 support)
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in English &amp; Arabic (written &amp; spoken)
 </li>
 </ul>
