The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) plays a critical role in aligning business objectives with employees and management within the staffing industry. This position serves as a strategic advisor to leadership, providing expert guidance on HR initiatives including talent acquisition, employee development, and internal equity to foster a high-performing and inclusive workplace. By leveraging HRIS systems such as ADP and Microsoft SharePoint, the HRBP ensures efficient HR operations and data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities</b></h2><ul><li>
Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals and enhance workforce capabilities.</li><li>
Lead HR initiatives including talent development, employee engagement, and performance management.</li><li>
Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies to drive consistent and fair practices.</li><li>
Lead talent acquisition efforts by collaborating with hiring managers to attract, select, and onboard top talent aligned with business needs.</li><li>
Oversee the onboarding of new employees and career pathing initiatives.</li><li>
Advise on total rewards programs and internal equity to ensure competitive compensation and benefits that motivate and retain employees.</li><li>
Manage benefits administration, 401(k) administration, and unemployment claims.</li><li>
Facilitate the performance review process and ensure alignment with business objectives.</li><li>
Analyze workforce metrics and business trends to identify opportunities for organizational development and continuous improvement.</li><li>
Utilize HRIS systems, including ADP and Microsoft SharePoint, to maintain accurate employee data, generate reports, and streamline HR processes.</li><li>
Support HR operations by overseeing compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best practices.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications</b></h2><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in human resources, preferably as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.</li><li>
Proficiency with HRIS systems, specifically ADP or equivalent platforms.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance requirements.</li><li>
Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition.</li></ul><p><b>
Preferred Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>
Master&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or related discipline.</li><li>
Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR.</li><li>
Experience working within the Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services industry.</li><li>
Advanced skills in data analytics and workforce planning.</li><li>
