 We are seeking "
 
 Drillers with 3000HP deep drilling land rig" experience
 
 to be based in Kuwait.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Operate and oversee the drilling equipment, including drawworks, mud pumps, and drilling systems, to ensure safe and efficient drilling operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor drilling parameters, make necessary adjustments, and troubleshoot issues to optimize drilling performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a strong focus on safety in all drilling activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with the drilling team, including assistant drillers, derrickhands, and roughnecks, to ensure smooth and efficient rig operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Complete daily drilling reports and maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and safety incidents.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that equipment is properly maintained and report any maintenance requirements promptly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in training and mentoring junior members of the drilling team.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 
 Experience of 3+years as a Driller with mandatory experience in 3000HP and above in deep drilling land rig operations.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 High school diploma or equivalent. Additional technical or vocational training in drilling operations is preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Experience in operating and maintaining 3000 HP drilling equipment.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 A strong commitment to safety and the ability to lead by example.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with the drilling team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Mechanical aptitude and a good understanding of drilling equipment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness to work in a physically demanding and remote onshore environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Valid Well Control Certification (IWCF or IADC).
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Safety training certifications (e.g., H2S, First Aid, Firefighting).
 
 </li>
