Job OverviewLinknbit is hiring a Creative Graphic Designer who can create modern, high-quality social media marketing and branding designs for multiple projects. The ideal candidate should be independent, detail-oriented, and able to deliver consistent design work under deadlines.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design marketing materials: logos, brochures, flyers, posters, banners, digital ads.</li><li>Create and maintain social media branding (templates and visual themes).</li><li>Ensure design consistency according to client guidelines.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to deliver designs based on requirements.</li><li>Revise designs based on feedback.</li><li>Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.</li><li>Deliver first draft designs independently with minimal guidance.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>1&ndash;2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (or similar role).</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing branding and marketing designs.</li><li>Proficient in Figma, Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator.</li><li>Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.</li><li>Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.</li><li>Full ownership and commitment to assigned responsibilities.</li><li>Degree/certification in design is a plus.</li></ul>Bonus Skills (not mandatory)<ul><li>Website UI design skills (basic/medium).</li><li>Experience with eCommerce visuals.</li><li>Familiarity with InDesign.</li><li>Some experience with Reel content design.</li></ul>Portfolio RequirementPlease must include portfolio work such as:<ul><li>Social media designs (posts, ads, templates).</li><li>Marketing creatives (banners, posters, brochures, flyers).</li><li>Logo/brand identity work (if available).</li></ul>How to ApplyApply directly or email your updated CV + portfolio link to: careers@linknbit.com Email Subject line: &quot;Creative Graphic Designer.&quot;Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Islamabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Creative Graphic Designer : 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
