About the Role</b></h3><p>
As a <b>Behavior Technician (BT/RBT)</b>, you&rsquo;ll work directly with children with autism, providing 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in homes. You&rsquo;ll help kids build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training and mentorship.</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></h3><ul><li><p>
Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided)</p></li><li><p>
Collect data on treatment goals during each session</p></li><li><p>
Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans</p></li><li><p>
Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates</p></li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Requirements</b></h3><ul><li><p>
High school diploma (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.</p></li><li><p>
Reliable transportation</p></li><li><p>
Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred</p></li><li><p><b>
Experience</b> and passion for helping children and families</p></li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Schedule</b></h3><ul><li><p>
