Responsibilities: Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism and related disorders in-home and community. BCBA will be supervised directly by our Executive Director &amp; Clinical Director. Creating, monitoring, and updating instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains. Providing staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans. Applicants well-suited to this position will be highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, positive, and work well in teams. Qualifications: Master's degree in psychology, special education or related fields Current BCBA, Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification required Strong interpersonal and writing skills Established management skills Ability to work well with others and be an effective part of a treatment team. <h3 class="jobSectionHeader">About the Role</h3>

As a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT), you&rsquo;ll work directly with children with autism, providing 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in homes. You&rsquo;ll help kids build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training and mentorship.

<li>Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided)
</li>
<li>Collect data on treatment goals during each session
</li>
<li>Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans

<li>Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates
</li>

<li>High school diploma (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
</li>
<li>Reliable transportation
</li>
<li>Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred
