Linx Printing Technologies is establishing a <b>new direct business presence in the United States</b>. The US Office Manager will play a <b>critical, hands-on role</b> in making this happen.</p></div><p></p><div><p>
This is not a maintenance role. It is a #<b>buildwhileyoufly</b> position at the heart of a growing sales operation. The role owns customer order execution, day to day operational decision making, and the flow of materials from the UK into the US 3PL network to support an expanding direct sales team.</p></div><p></p><div><p>
The successful candidate will be comfortable operating with <b>high autonomy</b>, limited precedent, and evolving processes.</p></div><p></p><div><p><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></p></div><div><ul><li><p>
Manage end-to-end customer orders, resolve issues, and ensure excellent customer experience.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Work closely with the US sales team, providing updates on orders, inventory, and deliveries.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Oversee inventory at the US warehouse, coordinate material replenishment from the UK, and mitigate stock risks.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Handle daily operations with logistics partners, ensuring goods are stored and dispatched accurately.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Help design and improve processes as the business grows, proactively addressing gaps and inefficiencies.</p></li></ul></div><p></p><div><p><b>

Strong background in order management, logistics, or inventory planning.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Experience supporting sales teams in a fast-paced environment.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
