As a <b>Project Controller </b>with <b>Linxon</b>, you will drive financial excellence and predictable project execution by continuously measuring, analyzing, forecasting, and reporting project costs, cash flow, and revenue throughout the project lifecycle. Supporting <b>Linxon&rsquo;s</b> Substation EPC portfolio&mdash;including utilities, battery storage, rail, and data centers&mdash;you will provide rigorous financial oversight, identify risks and opportunities early, and enable data‑driven decision‑making that protects margins and strengthens delivery confidence.</div><div></div><div>
Working in close partnership with Project Management and cross‑functional stakeholders, you will develop detailed cost structures, maintain accurate and GAAP‑aligned financial records, and translate complex project data into actionable insight. Through disciplined forecasting, transparent reporting, and strong commercial awareness, you will directly support recovery strategies, improve execution consistency, and contribute to <b>Linxon&rsquo;s</b> growth and credibility across the North American market.</div></div><div></div><div><b>

You are a results‑oriented Project Controls professional with a bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Finance, or Accounting and 5+ years of relevant project controls experience, taking ownership of cost, forecast, risk, and commercial outcomes&mdash;not just reports.</div></li><li><div>
You are analytically strong and skilled at translating complex project data into clear, actionable insight for Project Managers and leadership.</div></li><li><div>

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $82,200 to $157,600. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The duty of the QA/QC Engineer is to act and operatively support the Project Manager as expert and partner by planning, supervision, ensuring and reporting of appropriate activities with regards to failure prevention, effective proceedings (pro-active &amp; re-active) and continuous improvements over the entire Linxon Business Process. Particular importance is the authority to intervene at any stage in the project, if proceedings impact targeted results negatively.</div><div></div><div>
The Position holder will maintain and strengthen Linxon's quality culture in project execution to project on time, on budget and on quality. The specialist will manage all quality related deliverables of the project internally and external to the Client and Supply chain including documentation processes providing confidence that quality requirements will be fulfilled (QA) are fulfilled (QC).</div><div></div><div><b>
What will you do?</b></div><ul><li>
Review project contract regarding quality requirements and ensure that they are understood and adhered to in project team.</li><li>
Developing and implementing Project Quality Plan in line with project contractual requirements and maintaining it throughout the project life cycle.</li><li>
Work with SCM to ensure that specific QA requirements, contractually agreed in the individual</li><li>
projects, are understood and adhered to by Suppliers and Sub-suppliers, including performing Supplier Audits.</li><li>
Coordinate/supervise testing activities on products procured, before delivery to site in accordance with Project Quality Plan. This includes Customer involvement where contractually agreed.</li><li>
Conduct Project and Site Quality Audits and where necessary follow-up and close audit findings.</li><li>
Support the project in managing Nonconformities/Incidents including containment and resolution for the project. Support PM to initiate RCA process where required.</li><li>
Provide coaching to project delivery team in all aspects of Quality Assurance &amp; Operational</li><li>
Suggest improvements to the quality management system as appropriate. Trains the project team on relevant QMS improvements.</li><li>
Monitor customer feedback on issues regarding quality of deliverables and performance.</li><li>
Support the project in customer complaints and the reporting through Non-Conformance for the timely resolution.</li><li>
Provide summary of lessons learned feedback to Quality Head to support further Process</li></ul><div></div><div><b>
Experience and Education Required:</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in electrical, Civil engineering discipline/ Diploma in any engineering/related discipline.</li><li>
Membership of SCE (Saudi Council of Engineers).</li><li>
At least 5 to 7 years of work experience/exposure in Quality management (ISO 9001) background with good knowledge of Power Substations, Renewables projects of different size, complexity, and contractual types</li><li>
Experience in Electrical Transmission projects, including Civil Construction is desirable.</li><li>
Proven track record of management of large-scale, multimillion-pound projects.</li><li>
Ability to take initiative and apply both creativity and perseverance whilst remaining compliant with of Linxon&rsquo;s Code of Conduct.</li><li>
Computer literate and well conversant with project scheduling</li><li>
Language: Fluent in English (speak and write); local language is a benefit</li><li>
