What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>
Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities.</li><li>
Pick up trash and debris to keep the property neat and clean.</li><li>
Assist with cleaning breezeways, pressure washing, and light upkeep.</li><li>
Support the maintenance team with make-ready and special projects.</li><li>
Provide excellent service to residents with a friendly, helpful attitude.</li></ul>

Requirements:
