We&rsquo;re searching for a Floating Leasing Manager who is equal parts leader and doer. In this role, you&rsquo;ll train, coach, and inspire leasing teams&mdash;while also jumping in to lease apartments yourself, especially at under-performing communities that need a boost.
What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>
Step into under-performing properties and personally drive leasing results.</li><li>
Lead by example&mdash;train, mentor, and coach leasing teams to hit goals.</li><li>
Execute creative outreach and marketing strategies to drive traffic.</li><li>
Work the entire leasing process yourself, from tour to close.</li><li>
Use your expertise in Yardi, CRM systems, and social media to build momentum.</li><li>
Travel between communities, bringing energy, leadership, and results.</li><li>
Represent our company culture with professionalism, polish, and pride.</li></ul>
