<div>Lippes Mathias LLP is seeking an experienced and dependable IT Technician to join our Cleveland office. This on-site role requires a professional, organized, and team-oriented individual who can handle technical support with discretion and a positive attitude. 
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Respond to help desk requests across all firm offices</li>
<li>Provide technical support for hardware, software, and systems</li>
<li>Conduct IT onboarding for new employees</li>
<li>Troubleshoot issues remotely and escalate when necessary</li>
<li>Maintain accurate logs of issues and resolutions</li>
<li>Assist with IT projects and system implementations</li>
<li>Recommend improvements to IT procedures and workflows</li></ul> 


Requirements:
<ul>
<li>3&ndash;5 years of help desk or IT support experience</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field</li>
<li>Law firm experience preferred</li>
<li>Proficient with Microsoft Office, Active Directory, and Citrix</li>
<li>Familiarity with VMware and basic server/network administration</li>
<li>Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Excellent communication and customer service abilities</li>
<li>High level of discretion and professionalism</li></ul> 


Salary range depending on experience: $23-$26/hour. This is a good faith estimate for the position based on location and minimum criteria. Actual compensation may vary based on experience and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
