 Job Description:
 
 
 <ul>

 Diary management and scheduling of company meetings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drafting agendas, taking and transcribing minutes, and managing action trackers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Remind Executive Directors of important tasks and deadlines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage specific projects for Executive Directors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as the first point of contact and represent Executive Directors in interactions with customers and stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage project administration, update portfolios for reporting, and submit support tickets when necessary.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure work is delivered in line with corporate standards and deadlines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct market research, compile data, and present findings to management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Information gathering and database updates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain company handbooks and related documents.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform any other duties as reasonably required by management.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Job Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree (preferably in a medical field).
 </li>
 <li>
 3+ years of experience in an administrative role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
 </li>
 <li>
 Quick learner, with the ability to take initiative.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to multitask and prioritize customer service.
 </li>
 <li>
 Eagerness to learn and collaborate as a team player.
 </li>

 Working Hours: 11:00AM to 7:00PM
 
 
 Working Days: Monday to Friday ( Saturday &amp; Sunday off )

Executive Assistant - Fluent English Speaker

 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Create, optimise, and revamp website pages to improve SEO performance and user experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan, develop, and implement SEO strategies to boost search engine rankings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and evaluate market trends.
 </li>
 <li>
 Optimise website content, landing pages, and blogs for maximum organic reach.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage on-page and off-page SEO, including link-building initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform regular SEO audits and implement technical improvements (site speed, crawlability, indexing).
 </li>
 <li>
 Track, analyse, and report on website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with the operations team, web developers, and designers to ensure SEO best practices are applied.
 </li>
 <li>
 Write engaging, SEO-friendly blog content and support digital content creation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in creating and optimising email campaigns through Mailchimp or similar platforms.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Holds a Digital Marketing Certificate from AUC or GUC.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience (2+ years) as an SEO Specialist or in a similar role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking methods, and SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated experience in technical SEO, on-page, and off-page optimisation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent command of English both written and spoken, with strong copywriting and content creation skills, This is a Must.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with Mailchimp or other email marketing platforms is preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Background in healthcare or a related industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
 </li>
