  Maintenance &amp; Automation Engineer &ndash; Maintenance Department

  Engineering and Maintenance Manager
 </p>
 Duties and Responsibilities
 <ul>
  <li>
   Ensure the continuity of all electrical, electronic, and automation systems in the tea packaging factory.
  </li>
  <li>
   Carry out electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities of production machines.
  </li>
  <li>
   Provide troubleshooting and programming support for PLC, HMI, sensors, drives, and industrial communication systems.
  </li>
  <li>
   Implement, report, and improve planned and predictive maintenance activities.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure compliance with energy efficiency, electrical safety, and occupational safety standards.
  </li>
  <li>
   Monitor spare parts and maintenance material stocks, and identify requirements.
  </li>
  <li>
   Provide electrical/electronic support during the commissioning of new machines and equipment.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure the establishment and operation of the CMMS (Maintenance Management Application) infrastructure.
  </li>
  <li>
   Respond quickly to electrical problems occurring in the factory to minimize production losses.
  </li>
  <li>
   Collaborate with team members and operators to improve maintenance processes.
  </li>
 </ul>
 Qualifications
 <ul>
  <li>
   Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or a related field.
  </li>
  <li>
   5+ years of experience in electrical/electronics engineering in maintenance or production facilities.
  </li>
  <li>
   Experienced in food packaging and crating machine automation, project maintenance, and robot automation.
  </li>
  <li>
   Knowledge and experience in PLC (Siemens, Omron, etc.) and automation systems.
  </li>
  <li>
   Knowledge of power electronics, drives, and motor control systems.
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience in industrial maintenance, planned maintenance, and predictive maintenance.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficient in MS Office programs; preferably experienced in maintenance software (CMMS).
  </li>
  <li>
   Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to adapt to shift work and a fast-paced work environment.
  </li>
  <li>
   Awareness of occupational health and safety practices.
  </li>
  <li>
   For male candidates: completed military service (if applicable).
  </li>
 </ul>
 Authorities
 <ul>
  <li>
   Technical decision-making authority in the planning and execution of electrical/electronic maintenance activities.
  </li>
  <li>
   Assigning and directing tasks to relevant maintenance technicians.
  </li>
  <li>
   Providing technical approval and recommendations for spare parts, materials, and service purchases.
  </li>
  <li>
   Developing projects aimed at reducing energy and maintenance costs.
  </li>
 </ul>
 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
 <ul>
  <li>
   Reduction of unplanned downtime.
  </li>
  <li>
   Compliance rate with the planned maintenance schedule.
  </li>
  <li>
   Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) and Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF).
  </li>
  <li>
   Improvements in energy efficiency.
  </li>
  <li>
   Compliance with occupational safety regulations.
  </li>
