 (Candidates must be based in New York City or surrounding NYC metro area to be considered for this role)
 
 
 
 
 Schedule:
 
 Monday through Friday - 7am start time
 
 
 
 Compensation:
 
 This is a temporary contract opportunity fulfilled through a third-party agency. The typical hourly rate for this position is: $19 - $21.50 / hour plus monthly bonus potential
 
 
 
 Role Overview:
 
 
 
 The Retail Sales Representative role is perfect for someone passionate about the beverage industry and eager to launch their sales career. You'll be the face of Liquid Death in retail stores, responsible for building strong relationships with store managers, maximizing product placement, and driving sales growth.
 
 
 This role will serve
 
 New York City.
 
 The ideal candidate would reside in or nearby New York City and be willing to spend 100% of their time working there.
 
 
 This is a temporary contract position expected to continue through December 2026.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities will include:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 This role is responsible for and KPI&rsquo;d off of new account acquisition including point of distribution growth &amp; velocity growth
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrate strong sales capabilities by working with our convenience store partners to have
 </li>
 <li>
 This is a 100% field-based role requiring the use of a personal vehicle. A company Vehicle Program is available to cover all business-related vehicle expenses
 </li>
 <li>
 This role is responsible for and KPI&rsquo;d off of new account acquisition including POD growth &amp; velocity growth,proactively identifying and targeting potential independent retail partners within the designated territory
 </li>
 <li>
 Execute daily in-store merchandising activities along a designated route, ensuring product placement and presentation standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrate strong sales capabilities by working with our convenience store partners to have best performing products ready and available for purchase
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure proper levels of Liquid Death be in stock and displayed correctly
 </li>
 <li>
 This role requires an early start and afternoon end with the ability to work on weekends
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for rotating Liquid Death product to ensure it doesn't expire (First in, First Out)
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify dented, dirty, damaged, or out of code product and pull it from the shelf, display, or cold vault
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure products are placed in compliance across chain and independent stores
 </li>
 <li>
 Guarantee all Point of Sale, fridges, and racks are presentable, up-to-date, and presented by company standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Notify internal stakeholders for pick up or exchange of any damaged, dented, or out of code product along with out of stock items
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate with key stakeholders opportunities at store level
 </li>
 <li>
 This position is responsible for the sales, execution and inventory of Liquid Death in top 200 key retail accounts in designated territory
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct 10 -15 account visits per day
 </li>
 <li>
 Support crew drives with distributors and blitzes for surrounding markets
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Education &amp; Experience:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum of 1 years of previous relatable field sales or merchandising experience within the Beverage and Distributor Sales Environment required
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience selling in diverse sales channels preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with &amp; influencing DSD, sales reps and merchandiser teams preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with excellent in-store selling standards preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Valid Driver&rsquo;s License with clean driving record
 </li>
 <li>
 Registered and reliable vehicle with insurance coverage
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be at least 18 years of age
 </li>
 <li>
 Added plus: previous merchandising experience in a similar field
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>

 Physical Demands:

 Ability to stand in store and sit in a vehicle for extended periods of time
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to carry equipment and product up to 50lbs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness to accept a role with a 7am start time requirement
 </li>
 <li>
 Willing to travel up to approximately 30 miles of your home
