**Job Overview**We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Parts Room Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, placing and receiving parts orders, and ensuring the smooth operation of our dealership's parts room. The successful applicant will have experience working in a parts department, highly organized, good with computers/dealership management software, good written communication skills, mechanical experience is a plus. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about the marine industry and wants to contribute to the success of our dealership.**Responsibilities**- Manage and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that the dealership's stockroom is always stocked, clean, and organized.- Source and purchase parts and accessories from suppliers, negotiating prices and managing inventory control.- Operate a forklift to move inventory and equipment around the dealership.- Work closely with other team members to ensure that the dealership's inventory is always accurately tracked and maintained.- Stay up-to-date with demand planning and adjust inventory levels accordingly.- Ensure that all inventory is properly stored and secured to prevent loss or damage.- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and sales.- Perform other tasks as required by the dealership.**Experience**- Experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a dealership setting.- Experience with inventory management and control.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.- Excellent communication and organizational skills.Job Type: Full-timePay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Opportunities for advancement</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>parts room: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Driver's License (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Clermont, FL 34711 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Clermont, FL 34711: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
