We&rsquo;re looking for an <b>Enterprise Lifecycle Marketing Manager</b> to lead full-cycle B2B marketing efforts, owning strategy and execution across acquisition, expansion, and retention.</p><p>
In this role, you&rsquo;ll convert prospects into customers, increase ARPU through targeted upsell and cross-sell plays, and reduce churn across key ICPs. You&rsquo;ll collaborate with paid media, SEO, product marketing, and creative teams to deliver automated journeys and AI-driven campaigns that directly fuel revenue growth</p></div><p>
This is a permanent, full-time, remote position with a pay range of $110K - $130K annually.</p><p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></h3><p><b>
Strategy &amp; Planning</b></p><ul><li><p>
Assist in the development of Enterprise ICP-specific lifecycle strategies for email, SMS, and proactive live chat that align with the broader volumetric growth plan.</p></li><li><div>
Define segment-specific customer journeys for each Enterprise ICP, mapping acquisition, upsell, cross-sell, and retention touchpoints.</div></li><li><p>
Partner with Product Marketing to ensure lifecycle messaging aligns with product positioning and upgrade paths.<br>

Segmentation &amp; Audience Targeting</b></p><ul><li><p>
Develop and manage audience segments for each Enterprise ICP, tailoring content, offers, and CTAs accordingly.</p></li><li><p>
Ensure data hygiene, list maintenance, and integration between marketing automation platforms and CRM.</p></li></ul><p><br>

Campaign Development &amp; Execution</b></p><ul><li><p>
Build, launch, and manage automated and ad hoc campaigns across email, SMS, and proactive live chat.</p></li><li><div>
Code responsive HTML emails, collaborate with creative for assets, and ensure brand consistency.</div></li><li><div>
Configure lifecycle journeys, triggers, and segmentation in the marketing automation platform.</div></li><li><p>
Deploy proactive AI live chat triggers tied to ICP behaviors and lifecycle stages.<br>

Optimization &amp; Performance</b></p><ul><li><p>
Monitor and improve lifecycle KPIs including Net-New MRR, expansion MRR, attach rate of add-ons, churn rate, and NRR.</p></li><li><div>
Use behavior-based triggers (ie CPU usage, plan limits, abandoned carts) to launch timely upgrade/cross-sell prompts.</div></li><li><p>
Conduct A/B tests on messaging, offers, and timing to maximize conversion and retention rates.<br>

Cross-Functional Collaboration</b></p><ul><li><p>
Work with Paid Media, SEO, and Content teams to align top-of-funnel acquisition efforts with lifecycle messaging.</p></li><li><div>
Partner with Creative for campaign assets and CRO team for landing page optimization.</div></li><li><p>
Coordinate with BI for customer segmentation, reporting, and journey performance insights.</p></li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Required Skills &amp; Experience:</b></h2><ul><li><p>
5+ years in B2B lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing (SaaS, hosting, or ecommerce experience preferred).</p></li><li><div>
Proven track record building automated, multi-channel lifecycle programs that drive revenue growth.</div></li><li><div>
Strong understanding of customer segmentation, ICP-based marketing, and behavior-driven triggers.</div></li><li><div>
Hands-on experience with CRM &amp; email/SMS automation platforms (6Sense, Salesforce, Customer.io, HubSpot, etc.).</div></li><li><div>
HTML/CSS skills for email coding.</div></li><li><div>
Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret KPIs and recommend optimizations accordingly.</div></li><li><div>
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.</div></li><li><p>
Strong collaboration skills for working across marketing, product, and creative teams.</p></li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
