We are looking for a skilled BIM Modeller with at least 1 year of experience in Building Information Modelling (BIM) to join our team on a full-time remote basis. The ideal candidate will support our design and project teams by creating and managing accurate BIM models for interior fit-out and construction projects.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and maintain BIM models based on project drawings, specifications, and design requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure model accuracy and clash detection.</li><li>Update BIM models based on design revisions and site feedback.</li><li>Ensure compliance with project BIM standards and company guidelines.</li><li>Assist in extracting BOQs, schedules, and material quantities from BIM models when required.</li></ul>Job Type: Contract Contract length: 12 monthsPay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
