Program Overview
The mission of CJTF-OIR (C3TO), by, with and through regional partners, is to militarily defeat the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) in the Combined Joint Operations Area in order to enable whole-of-coalition governmental actions to increase regional stability. The Coalition strategy acknowledges that the best forces to win the fight against ISIL are local, indigenous forces such as the Government of Iraq (GoI) Iraqi Security Forces (ISS), and the Kurdish Peshmerga. In Syria, the Coalition continues to search for viable partners in opposition forces focused on fighting ISIL.
Minimum Qualifications
<ul><li>Education: Associates degree OR 4 years of direct relevant intelligence, security, or Foreign Disclosure Officer (FDO) experience AND
<ul><li>Completion of DIA DIE FDO Course (Tampa) and USCENTCOM FDO training IAW USCENTCOM Regulation 380-5</li>
</ul></li><li>Experience - 2 years foreign disclosure experience and 2 years as an intelligence analyst</li>
<li>Active TS/SCI clearance</li>
<li>Able to work independently with or without supervision, willing to deploy, work extended hours in a high OPSTEMP</li>
<li>Familiarity with USCENTCOM&rsquo;s Area of Operation</li>
<li>Thorough knowledge of National Disclosure Policy</li>
<li>Able to conduct policy research on US classified systems</li>
<li>Thorough knowledge of Records of Action</li>
<li>Must meet all existing foreign government age/education restrictions for deployment.</li></ul></div>

Minimum Qualifications
<ul><li>Experience - Three (3) years of current GEOINT, Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field analysis experience with the following
<ul><li>MOS 35G, 350G, 12Y, or</li>
<li>USMC 0241, 0261, or</li>
<li>USAF 1N151X</li>
</ul></li><li>Active Secret clearance</li>
<li>Familiar with and fully comprehend the duties of an ITC</li>
<li>At least one year of hands-on FMV analysis and production experience out of the last five years with FMV exploitation tools such as Analysis, Integration, and Modeling Earth Systems (AIMES), ViDex (Video Exploitation) or equivalent</li></ul></div>
