<li>Establish and drive process performance and controls (SPC) reviews at Supplier</li>
<li>Solid understanding of receiving inspection processes including statistical sampling, component measurement techniques, specifications, drawings, AS9102 FAIR</li>
<li>Conduct thorough assessments and audits of supplier capabilities, quality systems, and processes to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations</li>
<li>Oversee the qualification process for new suppliers, evaluating their technical capabilities, manufacturing processes, and quality systems to ensure alignment with stringent quality expectations</li>
<li>Play a pivotal role in product realization by participating in critical drawing reviews, readiness assessments, and ensuring suppliers are aligned with requirements</li>
<li>Apply advanced quality methodologies such as SPC, Six Sigma, lean manufacturing, and provide guidance on interpreting intricate engineering specifications</li>
<li>Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, interacting professionally with internal and external stakeholders, including effective communication with senior management</li>

<li>Control of Gage Room (CAL03) – monitor daily temperature and humidity requirements in gage room</li>
<li>Trulok Setup (CAL04) – Use spreadsheet to find correct offset and insert</li>
<li>Calibration (CAL05 - CAL18) – Calibration of various gages performed in house. Responsible to calibrate the gage, update the entry in the tracking system, and update calibration sticker. Example gages: micrometer, caliper, tri-rolls, broach gages, etc.</li>
<li>Test Bolt Inventory Management (CAL19) – Control test bolt inventory in the gage room used by operators and technicians. Issue test bolts and request additional test bolts as needed from stock.</li>
<li>New Gage Process (CAL20/CAL21) – Requesting quotes for new gages and inputting orders into ordering system Kissflow.</li>
<li>Calibration Scheduling Control (CAL20, CAL22/23, & CAL26) – Request quotes for outside calibration, schedule, and coordinate all activities related to outside or internal calibrations.</li>
<li>Reporting (CAL25) – Send weekly and biweekly reports to all production and quality areas for gage calibration due dates</li>
<li>Certification review (CAL24 & CAL27) – Review lab and gage certs upon receipt for correct requirements and condition notes.</li>
<li>Engineering Projects (CAL28) – Act as a gage expert and resource for various engineering project</li>
<li>Measurement of Uncertainty Calculation (CAL29) – Control and maintain the measurement of uncertainty calculations for all required gages</li>

Position Summary: 
We are looking for a motivated Human Resources/Communication Intern to support our HR team with day-to-day operations, employee engagement initiatives, and HR projects. This role also includes assisting in the design, organization, and maintenance of our company SharePoint site, as well as updating HR documents and policies to ensure they are current and accurate.
 
Key Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Assist with recruiting activities, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews</li>
<li>Support the onboarding process for new hires and maintain accurate HR records</li>
<li>Assist with employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and HR events</li>
<li>Help design, organize, and maintain HR content on the company SharePoint site</li>
<li>Update HR documents, templates, and policies to ensure accuracy and compliance</li>
<li>Assist in creating HR-related communications and presentations when needed</li>
<li>Support HR projects, process improvements, and compliance initiatives</li>
<li>Ensure confidentiality of employee information and HR records</li>
<li>Travel occasionally to the Coon Rapids location as required for meetings, events, or HR support</li>
<li>Perform general administrative duties as needed</li>
</ul>
Required Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or related field</li>
<li>Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of SharePoint or willingness to learn</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to handle confidential information professionally</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Previous internship experience in HR or office administration</li>
<li>Experience with SharePoint, Teams, or other collaboration platforms</li>
