The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of React.js, Node.js, and MYSQL database management, along with experience in form handling, authentication, and API integration. This role requires practical problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build efficient, scalable web applications.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain applications using MYSQL, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.</li><li>Write reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code following best coding practices.</li><li>Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to create seamless and responsive user experiences.</li><li>Ensure proper database design and interaction using MYSQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).</li><li>Conduct testing, debugging, and optimization to ensure high performance and reliability.</li><li>Implement form management using advanced React tools like Formik, Yup, and React Hook Form.</li><li>Manage state and data flow effectively using React Hooks, Redux Toolkit, or Context API.</li><li>Build secure authentication and authorization systems using JWT or similar token-based methods.</li><li>Develop and integrate file upload functionality (for images or documents) with proper validation and backend storage.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>2-3 years of hands-on experience as a MERN Stack Developer.</li><li>Proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).</li><li>Strong understanding of form handling, validation, and state management using Formik, Yup, or Redux Toolkit.</li><li>Experience implementing token-based authentication (JWT/OAuth).</li><li>Ability to build and integrate RESTful APIs.</li><li>Familiarity with file handling and upload mechanisms on both client and server sides.</li><li>Strong debugging, problem-solving, and optimization skills.</li><li>Knowledge of Git and collaborative development practices.</li></ul>Nice to Have:<ul><li>Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or Docker.</li><li>Knowledge of CI/CD, cloud deployment, or testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).</li><li>Familiarity with UI libraries like Material UI or Tailwind CSS.</li></ul>Ready for a New Challenge?
