The Dispatch Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end dispatch process , from receiving dispatch orders to ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers or branch locations. The role involves coordination with sales, production, transporters, and warehouse teams to maintain smooth, error-free operations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Order Handling &amp; Coordination</li><li>Receive and verify dispatch requests or sales orders from the Sales/Production team.</li><li>Plan dispatch schedules based on order priority, delivery date, and transport availability.</li><li>Coordinate with warehouse and production teams for product readiness.</li><li>Picking, Packing &amp; Labeling</li><li>Supervise product picking as per order requirements.</li><li>Ensure proper packing, labeling, and documentation before dispatch.</li><li>Check quality, quantity, and product batch numbers prior to shipment.</li><li>Documentation &amp; Compliance</li><li>Prepare and verify all dispatch documents including:</li><li>Invoice / Delivery Challan</li><li>Packing List</li><li>E-way Bill</li><li>Transporter&rsquo;s Copy</li><li>Ensure all documents are accurate and accompany the shipment.</li><li>Vehicle Arrangement &amp; Loading</li><li>Coordinate with transporters or logistics partners for vehicle booking.</li><li>Record vehicle and driver details.</li><li>Supervise loading to ensure safety and accuracy of dispatch.</li><li>Dispatch Verification &amp; Record Maintenance</li><li>Verify product details, quantities, and documentation before dispatch.</li><li>Record dispatch details in ERP/logbook (time, date, vehicle number, transporter).</li><li>Maintain proper filing of invoices, challans, and PODs for audit.</li><li>Tracking &amp; Delivery Confirmation</li><li>Track dispatched goods till delivery completion.</li><li>Collect and file Proof of Delivery (POD) documents.</li><li>Update delivery status in ERP and inform Sales team.</li><li>Coordination &amp; Feedback</li><li>Communicate with Sales, Production, and Transport teams for smooth operations.</li><li>Handle dispatch-related queries or issues promptly.</li><li>Gather customer feedback on delivery performance and take corrective actions if required.</li><li>Qualifications &amp; Skills:</li><li>Graduate (preferred in Commerce, Logistics, or Operations)</li><li>0-3 years of experience in dispatch/logistics/warehouse operations</li><li>Knowledge of dispatch documentation and E-way bill generation</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills</li><li>Attention to detail and problem-solving ability</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;28,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Mention Current &amp; Expected Salary</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Dispatching: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
