What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>
Financial Oversight: Maintain dealership financial records, ensure accurate month-end closings, and review general ledger schedules.</li><li>
Compliance &amp; Controls: Monitor operational income statements, conduct fraud prevention reviews, and ensure adherence to internal controls and LAD financial policies.</li><li>
Cash Flow &amp; Banking: Oversee accounts receivable collections, daily bank postings, and bank reconciliations.</li><li>
Payroll &amp; Payables: Review or prepare payroll and accounts payable for accuracy and timeliness.</li><li>
Inventory &amp; Fixed Assets: Conduct physical vehicle inventories, reconcile parts inventory, and support fixed asset reporting.</li><li>
Title &amp; Registration: Resolve issues related to inbound and outbound vehicle documentation.</li><li>
Leadership &amp; Collaboration: Partner with dealership leadership (especially the GM), manage a team of 2&ndash;10 staff, and support hiring, training, and performance management.</li><li>
Manufacturer Relations: Ensure compliance with manufacturer programs, warranty claims, and reporting requirements.</li><li>
Strategic Contributions: Participate in budgeting (up to $8MM), support stores with up to $200MM in revenue, and contribute to M&amp;A activities.</li></ul>
What You&rsquo;ll Bring:<ul><li>
Strong attention to detail, urgency, and communication.</li><li>
Proficiency in accounting processes, reconciliation, and financial analysis.</li><li>
Ability to interpret financial results and recommend actions.</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in accounting/finance or 3+ years of dealership accounting experience (required).</li><li>
Experience in team leadership and the auto industry (preferred).</li></ul>

The full salary range for this position is $70,000 - $100,000 annually, based on factors such as skills, experience, and internal equity. Final compensation will be determined through the interview process and in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.</li><li>

Work Schedule</h2>
This is a full-time position. The schedule aligns with store hours:<ul><li>
Monday &amp; Thursday: 9:00 AM &ndash; 8:00 PM (late nights required)</li><li>
Tuesday, Wednesday &amp; Friday: 9:00 AM &ndash; 6:00 PM</li><li>
Saturday: 10:00 AM &ndash; 3:00 PM (must be willing to work Saturdays)</li><li>
One weekday off: Tuesday or Wednesday, depending on staffing needs</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Pay</h2>
$14&ndash;$16 per hour

Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>
Greet and assist customers; answer incoming calls and inquiries</li><li>
Direct calls and handle all customer payment/credit transactions</li><li>
Daily balancing and reconciling of cash office accounts and bank deposits</li><li>
Assist the Office Manager and/or General Manager with clerical tasks</li><li>
Attend scheduled meetings and trainings</li><li>

Qualifications</h2>
As a Cashier/Receptionist, you must demonstrate excellent communication, customer service, and time‑management skills. We are seeking an upbeat, self‑starter who is detail‑oriented and has strong phone etiquette.<ul><li>

Orange Coast Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Parts Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering automotive parts to wholesale customers, local repair facilities, and internal departments in a timely and professional manner. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road, values organization, and takes pride in providing excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Deliver and pick up automotive parts from customers, vendors, and other dealerships</li><li>
Verify parts and invoices before leaving the dealership to ensure accurate deliveries</li><li>
Maintain delivery schedules and communicate any delays with the parts department</li><li>
Assist with stocking, organizing, and pulling parts when not on deliveries</li><li>
Maintain a clean and safe company vehicle</li><li>
Follow all traffic laws and company driving policies</li><li>
