Location: Medford, OR ( hybrid ideal, open to remote)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm PST
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 hr

Are you looking to start your career in Accounts Payable, Vendor Relations, or Auditing? Join Lithia &amp; Driveway as a Vendor Administrator, where you'll play a key role in maintaining our Master Vendor file and ensuring vendor compliance.
What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>
Build and maintain vendor records, ensuring compliance with policies</li><li>
Audit vendor data and recommend process improvements</li><li>
Collect and verify certificates of insurance</li><li>
Process 1099s at year-end</li><li>
Generate vendor reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis</li></ul>
