Role Summary</b></h2><p>
Drive system-level adoption across Industrial OEMs, automation machinery builders, commercial HVAC manufacturers, and advanced electromechanical systems. Develop integrated protection and sensing solutions and partner with engineering teams to influence architecture decisions for motors, drives, controls, thermal systems, and embedded electronics.</p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></h2><ul><li><b>
System Solution Development</b>: Build reference solutions for HVAC equipment, industrial machinery, commercial refrigeration, automation equipment, and control panels using Littelfuse protection, sensing, relays, and semiconductors.</li><li><b>
Design Collaboration</b>: Engage OEM R&amp;D and system architects early in the lifecycle to shape specs, improve reliability, and coordinate protection/thermal performance.</li><li><b>
Segment Marketing &amp; Positioning</b>: Own messaging and campaigns for Industrial OEM &amp; HVAC; tailor by sub-segment (motors/drives, compressors, controls, embedded electronics).</li><li><b>
Sales &amp; Channel Enablement</b>: Provide design tools, overcurrent/thermal coordination guides, fault-tree demos, and application notes that speed qualification and certification.</li><li><b>
Thought Leadership</b>: Produce best-practice content on motor protection, LV control circuit reliability, inverter-driven HVAC protection, and sensor-enabled safety.</li><li><b>
Market Intelligence</b>: Track regulatory/efficiency trends, competitive offerings, and technology shifts in industrial automation and HVAC.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications</b></h2><ul><li><b>
Education (Required):</b> Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in electrical engineering, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering with controls/EE emphasis.</li><li><b>
Experience</b>: 7+ years in Industrial OEM, HVAC systems, industrial automation, or electromechanical system design; proven record of influencing specs and securing design-ins.</li><li><b>
Technical Expertise</b>: Motor control, variable-speed drives, sensor integration, circuit protection, power semiconductors, EMC/surge, and system reliability engineering.</li><li><b>
Communication</b>: Strong technical writing and presentations for engineering and procurement stakeholders.</li><li><b>
Attributes</b>: Customer-facing, hands-on problem solver, collaborative across product, applications, sales, and channel teams.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Success Metrics</b></h2><ul><li>
Increase in qualified design-ins and design wins in Industrial OEM &amp; HVAC accounts.</li><li>
Incremental revenue and pipeline attributable to system solutions and enablement assets.</li><li>

Salary Range:</b></p>
$104,400 - $161,760<p>
