Overview We are seeking a dedicated infant &amp; toddler Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and creating a nurturing learning environment for young children.Duties - Educate and engage infant &amp; toddler children in various subjects - Implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities to promote learning and development - Manage the classroom effectively to ensure a safe and positive learning environment - Conduct standardized testing and assessments to track student progress - Collaborate with parents, staff, and administrators to support student growth - Utilize teaching methods that align with Montessori or other educational philosophies - Provide individualized instruction and tutoring as neededRequirements - Previous experience working in a early childhood education setting - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues - Proficiency in curriculum development and lesson planning - Knowledge of classroom management techniques - Childhood Education or related field is a pluseJob Type: Full-timePay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
