Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This role requires proficiency in clerical tasks, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. A bilingual candidate is preferred to enhance communication with diverse clients.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and maintain executives' calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings.</li><li>Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel while maintaining a professional demeanor.</li><li>Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.</li><li>Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks and financial record keeping.</li><li>Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.</li><li>Assist in office management tasks to ensure a well-organized work environment.</li><li>Provide personal assistant support as needed, including travel arrangements and expense reports.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while managing administrative tasks.</li><li>Implement effective time management strategies to prioritize tasks efficiently.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role is preferred.</li><li>Strong clerical skills with proficiency in office software applications.</li><li>Familiarity with phone systems and excellent verbal communication skills.</li><li>Bilingual abilities a must, (Creole and Spanish), enhancing communication with clients and staff.</li><li>Exceptional proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.</li><li>Effective calendar management skills to coordinate schedules efficiently.</li><li>Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain an orderly office environment.</li></ul>We invite qualified candidates who are eager to contribute positively to our team and help streamline our operations to apply for this exciting opportunity as a Secretary.Job Type: Full-timePay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hourLanguage:<ul><li>Spanish (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
