We are seeking dedicated, knowledgeable, and passionate Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT) for Grades 6 to 10 who can deliver high-quality subject instruction and contribute to students&rsquo; academic excellence and holistic development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching their respective subject effectively while fostering critical thinking, discipline, and a positive learning environment.You will be expected to design structured lesson plans, deliver engaging classroom sessions, and assess student performance in alignment with the school&rsquo;s curriculum and academic standards. It will be essential to encourage conceptual understanding, independent learning, and strong study habits among students.Qualifications Required:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in the respective subject</li><li>Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or equivalent teaching qualification</li><li>Strong subject knowledge relevant to middle and secondary grades</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan and implement well-structured, curriculum-aligned lesson plans for Grades 6 to 10</li><li>Deliver engaging and effective subject-specific classroom instruction</li><li>Assess, evaluate, and document students&rsquo; academic progress and performance</li><li>Prepare question papers, worksheets, assignments, and other assessment materials</li><li>Encourage analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and conceptual clarity</li><li>Maintain discipline and create a respectful, focused classroom environment</li><li>Provide academic support and guidance to students when required</li><li>Participate in co-curricular activities, school events, and academic planning meetings</li><li>Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and concerns</li><li>Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent academic standards and best practices</li></ul>Preferred Skills &amp; Qualities:<ul><li>Excellent subject expertise and teaching ability</li><li>Strong classroom management and communication skills</li><li>Ability to engage adolescents and support diverse learning needs</li><li>Organizational skills and attention to academic planning</li><li>Commitment to continuous professional growth and teamwork</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Making lesson plans: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>total work: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
