Position Overview:
As a Lead VPK Teacher, you will play a crucial role in our VPK program, guiding and inspiring preschoolers on their journey to becoming lifelong learners. You will be responsible for creating a positive, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment, while working closely with parents and colleagues to support each child's unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:<div>
<ul><li>
Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that aligns with Florida's VPK standards.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Conduct regular assessments to track children's progress and provide feedback to parents and guardians.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Collaborate with other educators and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive educational environment.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Plan and organize various activities and projects to enhance children's creativity and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Maintain open and effective communication with parents to keep them informed about their child's progress and development.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ensure a safe and clean classroom environment that complies with all state regulations.</li></ul>

Qualifications:<ul>
<li>
Florida Child Care Professional Credential (CDA) or VPK Endorsement.</li>
<li>Previous experience as a teacher in an early childhood education setting.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of VPK standards and curriculum development.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Passion for working with young children and helping them reach their full potential.</li>
</ul>
