 Delivers documents, files, equipment, supplies, food, clothing; etc. and performs related work as required. Under immediate supervision, an employee picks up and delivers mail internally and externally, manages mail meter account delivers documents, files, equipment, and any needs as directed by Management. Moves equipment as requested by internal Instructions are usually received in the form of written or oral directives for specific requests to be made by the employee. Work occasionally requires dealing with emotionally disturbed people and the employee is expected to handle all situations in a calm and effective manner. Work is reviewed through oral and written reports.
 
 Principle Responsibilities:
 
 <ul>
 
 <li>
 Manages mailroom and supplies for the Flagship office.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Convey business needs to leadership team.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Escort vendors and or service personal to areas of need
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Keep team players informed of servicemen at location
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Integral member for office moves and relocations
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Set up/break down meeting rooms
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Respond to maintenance issues and mitigate as needed.&nbsp;
 </li>
 
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Special&nbsp;Qualifications:
 
 <ul>
 
 <li>
 Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Work well as an integral part of the team
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Be able to direct visitors
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Assist office manager with special request as directed.&nbsp;
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Ability to understand and follow the laws, rules and regulations pertaining to the care and safety of children under the care and supervision of the agency.
 </li>
 
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Minimum Requirements:
 
 <ul>
 
 <li>
 Possession of a valid New York State driver's license.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
 </li>
 
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Travel&nbsp;Requirements:
 
 
 Travel to all locations as needed and or directed.&nbsp;
