Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and care to two (2) yr old children.. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of children in a classroom setting, including teaching, potty training, and activity routines. This role requires a commitment to providing high-quality care tailored to each child's needs.Requirements<ul><li>Must pass a background check and fingerprint scan</li><li>Must have high school or other acceptable diplomas or higher learning certificates</li><li>Must have valid ID</li></ul>Duties<ul><li>Assist children with daily diaper changes, potty training, and eating meals.</li><li>Develop and implement activity plans in collaboration with childcare skills.</li><li>Monitor and observe childen playing habits and social skills while in the classroom.</li><li>Maintain a clean and safe environment for the safety of all children.</li><li>Support director with reporting and self evaluation .and evaluations of the children.</li><li>Provide a caring environment for all children.</li><li>Administer CPR and first aid as needed in emergency situations, if trained.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required.</li><li>Familiarity with keeping children in a childcare setting.</li><li>Knowledge of activity planning but will train if needed.</li><li>Understanding of children's needs.</li><li>Ability to perform cleaning tasks as part of maintaining a healthy and safe environment for all children/staff.</li><li>Be familiar with lesson plans, be creative, must be able to move with 3 &amp; 4 yr-old children</li></ul>We are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional care and making a positive impact on the lives of those they serve.
