Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Child Care Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive, nurturing and educational environment for children. This role involves working with children , implementing engaging lesson plans, supporting their developmental needs, and having fun! This Child Care Teacher will play a vital role in shaping young minds and ensuring a safe, inclusive, nurturing and stimulating atmosphere.Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in the implementation of age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.</li><li>Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their social, emotional, and cognitive development.</li><li>Manage classroom behavior effectively, utilizing behavior management techniques to maintain a conducive learning environment.</li><li>Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss children's progress and address any concerns.</li><li>Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment that supports the diverse needs of all children enrolled.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization within the classroom to ensure a safe space for learning.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous experience working with children in childcare is preferred.</li><li>Experience taking care of children in other capacities (babysitting, nannying, education, etc.) will certainly be considered</li><li>Familiarity with positive behavior management strategies and classroom management techniques is essential.</li><li>Knowledge of early childhood education principles is beneficial.</li></ul>We invite enthusiastic individuals who are committed to making a difference in the lives of children to apply for this rewarding position as a Child Care Teacher!Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $10.00 - $18.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Tuition reimbursement</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Mars, PA 16046 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
