About Little Land Pediatric Therapy
 At Little Land Pediatric Therapy, our mission is to help children develop the strength, coordination, and mobility they need to explore the world around them. Our physical therapy team helps children build the skills needed for movement, balance, and independence through engaging and individualized therapy programs.
 What You'll Do
 <ul>
<li>Evaluate pediatric patients and identify areas of physical development need</li>
<li>Develop individualized treatment plans</li>
<li>Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions</li>
<li>Help children improve strength, balance, coordination, and mobility</li>
<li>Collaborate with families to support progress outside therapy sessions</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation</li>
<li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary therapy teams</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
 <ul>
<li>Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy</li>
<li>Active Physical Therapist license (or eligibility)</li>
<li>Experience working with pediatric populations preferred</li>
<li>Strong clinical and communication skills</li>

 At Little Land, school breaks are a time for kids to explore, play, and make new friends.
 
Our camps are designed to keep kids active, engaged, and excited through creative games, movement activities, art projects, and group challenges.
 
We’re looking for energetic, responsible Camp Leaders who love working with kids and enjoy leading fun activities in a high-energy environment.
 
As a Camp Leader, you’ll guide groups of children through exciting daily activities while helping create a safe, supportive, and fun environment where kids can learn, play, and build friendships.

 Seasonal Position

What You'll Do
 
Lead Fun Daily Activities: 
<ul>
<li>Lead games and group activities</li>
<li>Encourage participation and teamwork</li>
<li>Guide kids through structured camp activities</li>
<li>Help kids build friendships and confidence</li>
<li>Keep energy high and make activities fun for everyone</li>
</ul>
Supervise and Support Campers: 
<ul>
<li>Supervise groups of children during activities</li>
<li>Encourage positive behavior and teamwork</li>
<li>Help kids stay engaged and included</li>
<li>Create a safe and welcoming camp environment</li>
</ul>
Help Organize Camp Activities: 
<ul>
<li>Set up activity areas and materials</li>
<li>Guide craft projects, games, and group challenges</li>
<li>Assist with transitions between activities</li>
<li>Help maintain organized and clean play areas</li>
</ul>
Work as Part of the Camp Team: 
<ul>
<li>Coordinate daily camp activities with teammates</li>
<li>Help keep kids safe and engaged</li>
<li>Support group management during busy sessions</li>
<li>Create a fun and positive environment for campers</li>
</ul>

<li>Create a fun and memorable experience for the birthday child and their guests</li>
</ul>
Support the Play Gym Team

<li>Maintain clean and organized play areas</li>
<li>Help reset spaces between activities</li>
<li>Support teammates during busy play sessions</li>
<li>Assist with classes and special programs</li>
<li>Help create a welcoming environment for families</li>
