<ul><li>Supervises and leads subordinates (1st &amp; 2nd shipping/receiving team members, etc.)</li><li>
Establishes shipping/receiving team member schedules to cover business needs.</li><li>
Monitors and approves shipping/receiving team member daily time punches.</li><li>
Ships and receives all product and materials accurately as required.</li><li>
Updates status of inbound and outbound orders in ERP system.</li><li>
Uses software to track, check, prioritize and ship orders.</li><li>
Manages all important documents such as advanced shipping notice, pick slips, bills of lading, purchase orders, etc.</li><li>
Audits Red Zone entries for accuracy and FSQA audit requirements.</li><li>
Directs the flow of shipping packages from preparation to shipment. Inbound goods to dry storage and parcel shipments to proper destinations.</li><li>
Inspects labels, barcodes and other features of completed orders.</li><li>
Controls labor budget of the shipping/receiving department.</li><li>
Collaborates with logistics, operations &amp; sales, and other managers/supervisors to optimize processes.</li><li>
Resolves issues regarding shipped orders.</li><li>
Partners with QC department on processing RMA&rsquo;s.</li><li>
Manages recyclable program and inbound/outbound pallet processing.</li><li>
Ensures compliance to legal regulations and company policies.</li><li>
Reports to management on activities and issues.</li><li>
Documents best practice.</li><li>
Performs other related duties as required or assigned.
</li></ul>Requirements:
<ul><li>3 Years minimum of shipping/receiving experience.</li><li>
Associates degree required, Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred.
</li><li>Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).</li><li>
High attention to detail essential with ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a busy environment.</li><li>
High attention to internal and external customer needs.</li><li>
Good written and oral communication skills,</li><li>
High attention to company&rsquo;s health &amp; safety rules.</li><li>
Supervisory experience is an asset.</li><li>
Ability to multitask and assist production team when required.</li></ul></div>
