Preschool Teacher &ndash; Job Description Position Summary: The Preschool Teacher creates a nurturing, safe, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for children ages 3&ndash;5. They plan and implement engaging activities that support cognitive, social-emotional, physical, and creative growth while maintaining open communication with families and colleagues. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver daily lessons aligned with early childhood education standards. Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports exploration and play-based learning. Observe, assess, and document each child&rsquo;s developmental progress. Support children in building social skills, emotional regulation, and independence. Communicate regularly with parents about student progress and classroom activities. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom. Collaborate with teaching assistants and other staff to support a cohesive learning environment. Adapt instructional methods to meet the needs of diverse learners. Ensure compliance with all licensing, safety, and school policies. Qualifications Associate&rsquo;s or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (or equivalent certification, depending on region). Experience working with young children in a classroom or childcare setting. Strong understanding of early childhood development and learning through play. Excellent communication, patience, and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain a safe and engaging classroom environment. Preferred Skills Knowledge of Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or other early learning methodologies. First Aid/CPR certification. Experience with child assessment tools and documentation.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;8,000.00 - &#8377;18,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
